  • What is your shipping policy?
    Please allow 7-14 business day for processing and shipping of your order. Business days consist of Mon-Fri only. Weekends and holidays are NOT included. Please only contact us for order updates if we have surpassed our timeframe with no communication. Our goal is making sure our customers receive their orders as soon as possible. We will always attempt to get orders to our customers before time frame presented. Our goal is to communicate clear expectations to provide qualtity customer service.
  • What is your booking policy?
    All appointments must be canceled 72hrs in advance for a refund. If your appointment is NOT canceled in time NO REFUND will be granted. If for any reason we cancel your appointment you will have the option to reschedule or you'll be granted a FULL REFUND. If you miss your scheduled appointment NO REFUND will be granted. If you choose to reschedule after your appointment is missed you will be subjected to pay 50% of the price. Example if the orginal price is $100 you will need to pay $50 to rebook. It is your respondsibility to CHECK YOUR EMAIL. All booking info wiill be sent 24hrs in advance and on the day of. Please refrain from contacting us on social media. EMAIL ONLY. Please check your spam for any emails. You can also contact us if you have questions about our policy.
  • What is your return policy?
    We allow returns on everything except shapewear, digital content, webinars, and events. Those items are final sale. We can't accept any item that may have had contact with any part of the body. This is a safety protocol to protect our staff and others. Services are non-refundable due to time spent that can't be returned back. E-books are non-refundable due to it being delivered after purchase. Once it's delivered you'll have access to that digital product forever. If company issue is presented within any of these items refunds will be granted. Company issues with be reviewed and notified to all customers affected via email. You can return items unopened in orginal packaging within 14 days of your purchase with receipt or proof of purchase. If 14 days have passed from the time of your purchase we can not offer a refund or exchange. If item is sent back buyer will be responsible for returning the item. In the case of company related issue we will be held responsible and exchange or refund will be granted after reviewed.
  • Can I refund live webinars & digital products?
    No, all live webinars and digital products are final sale. We understand that you may miss a webinar due to unforeseen circumstances. However, we are not expected to refund for those matters. You can contact us with any concerns and we will do our best to accommodate you. Thank you for understanding.

  • I don't have Paypal can I use my debit card?
    Yes, paypal allows you to use your debit card as well. When you check out select paypal. Choose pay as guest. Select the option to pay with your debit card. You will NOT have to create or log into an account. We use Paypal to protect our customers and our company. However we offer other payment options. Paypal is not the only option!
